To prove this if you look at the guys at the top of the FIXED SETUP B series they are the best even without there torpedo setups. Those guys just have the throttle control and steering input dialed in.

Well Boss you bring up alot of great points and some tough questions. But from experience I say even with the best setups a mediocre driver still wouldnt make DWC. There is just so much more to it than just being fast. You have to be smart you have to be perfect on pit stops, and you have to know when its time to race. Look at how much the current DWC guys are practicing just to maintain what they have they themselves are fighting to stay in the show therefore if its tough for them imagine how hard it would be for someone mediocre with the same setup. Fact is the cream of the crop rises to the top they are where they are because of who they are NOT what there car is. Obviously a good setup is needed to compete and make it to that level but I think if you watch the DWC races you can tell the difference between the GOOD drivers and the guys with good setups. Thats my opinion. You either got it or you dont.

I think its a great idea.
i am terrible at making set ups id be interested to have some team make me a setup and watch me drive and tell me where im making mistakes, while i fed them my input on how the car felt to me.

Hi Trevor,

Do you cover racing news outside of iRacing?

I enjoyed show 23, the Obutto looks nice.

We are running an N2003 series and have a big 2K dollar Payout race coming up in June. Old sim, but great guys running in the series.

http://excelracing.myfreeforum.org/sutra5388.php#5388

We could do a short interview for the show if you wish, I've been racing on-line for 15 years.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon,

Scott

It is interesting how people are so ticking to ask for a phone number and then starting to threatening an individual. Wow....... I mean i´m a League Admin myself and this Podcast was an experience and interesting what the Host said about a League Race and a person who ticked out despite the fact, it´s just a game and always will be. It´s also something I always say to my members and if something happens, there is a Postrace Discussion on our Teamspeak Server and let´s talk about it or at least sleep a night and then freshly rested, discuss.

It´s called "communication". Every Company lives by it so should everybody else. If you don´t talk about problems or a single race incident that happened, then put your b..t together and have some courage and talk. It surely helps everyone and hopefully should improve the League Quality etc.

Thanks Trevor. A very good Podcast and very informative. Big thumbs up :)
