On this week’s show I discuss the large amount of official content released this week, talk about voice chat, take you around Laguna Seca, discuss another great community contributor, and take you through a busy week in the top tiers of iRacing.

The new iRacing Driving School is here and the release notes are here

Thought the show was great man. Keep it up!
I too have had many run-ins with the corkscrew!

Thanks, I’m glad you like it. After the show I’ve run the track a few more times as I’m hoping to run a Skippy race there this week and I’m getting better at the Corkscrew…although I seem to be messing up other corners now LOL

That’s funny you talked about the voice chat in this episode. I recently turned mine off and found the race to be much more peaceful and I can concentrate a little better. For some reason my brand new logitech usb headphone / microphone doesn’t work so someday I will buy more and turn the chat back on.

Huge thanks for your kind words about me, it is appreciated!

About the voice chat and text chat ingame, personally i always have the voice chat on, even though I mute it by a button on my gearbox (G25) if someone starts nag to much. The text chat however I have it always off, including system messages. My eyes can’t help themself and they are always moving up trying to read what is said when Im trying to hit the apex ::P

Keep up the good work Trevor – im looking forward to the next broadcast.
